Final Colossus is an annually-released double IPA that showcases our favorite ingredients and practices from the previous year.
It adds variety to the double IPA titan beasts that rotate throughout the year (Akamai, Kabuto, Mammoth, and Albatross). While the recipes for those four beers remain consistent, Final Colossus adapts its form with each annual appearance, as the shapeshifting culmination of our love affair with the double IPA.
Final Colossus 2025 features Nelson, Riwaka, and Simcoe hops that yield intense an intense aroma of citrus, mango, and tangy gooseberry. Though this beer is out a little later in the season than previous years, it reflects some of the most special time, knowledge, and ingredients for us from 2024.
