Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will facilitate ongoing account relationships and increasing sales within our existing portfolio of accounts by processing weekly orders, providing personalized attention and timely responses, and creating organized processes.

- Asks intentional questions to gain feedback to inform management’s decision making and strategy, when needed and appropriate

Execute a brew day from start to finish on both a 2-vessel 20 barrel Sprinkman system and 3.5 barrel pilot brewhouse
Monitor equipment needs and follow up on maintenance requests
Executing and informing SOP’s of all aspects of the brewing process to create batch to batch consistency
Raw materials monitoring, handling, and record keeping
Detailed record keeping to continually improve product quality and processes
Identify, communicate, and solve inconsistencies
Be mindful of safety (lifting, chemicals, hot liquids, hardware, noise)
Required experience:
Minimum of 2 years of brewing and/or cellaring experience

While the job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that processes can be completed on time and error-free, our brewhouse is fast paced. The demands of the job are rapidly changing as we scale production to meet our current market demand. You will actively be asking to inform and build processes and systems, in addition to executing existing SOP’s.
Based in the historic steel town of Braddock, twenty minutes east of downtown Pittsburgh, along the Monongahela River. Located in a renovated electrical supply storefront and warehouse in the shadow of the still-operating Edgar Thomson Works, the first Bessemer steel plant built by Andrew Carnegie.

Delivery Driver/Packaging Assistant

Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant assists in the logistical operations of moving beer and delivering to wholesale customers under general supervision of the Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
Prepare delivery load outs in coordination with the Production Manager and Packaging Technician.
Maintain a positive and professional image, rotate stock, and provide overall excellent customer service with accounts
Resolve concerns, issues, and questions at accounts and communicate those to the Production Manager
Utilize company assets (phone, vehicle, etc.) to deliver finished products to wholesale customers in a timely manner. This includes keeping the delivery vehicles clean and fueled.
Accurate record keeping to include, but not limited to: number of stops, invoices, COD and invoice payments, keg returns, and other transactions at accounts
Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse in coordination with the Head Brewer and Production Manager.
Receive freight and packages and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
Be trained on operating packaging equipment and assist on packaging days
