Is the tasting room in Braddock open?
Yes! We are open Wednesday-Friday from 4-9PM and Saturday 1-9PM. Come in and have a drink, tour the original brewhouse, and take some beer to go!
Do you fill growlers?
Absolutely! We currently fill all growlers at the tasting room, as long as they are not clear glass.
Can I take beer to go?
Yes! We have a big, shiny, refrigerated beer cooler that is always stocked with freshly canned beer.
If you would like to take something home that is not currently canned, we are happy to fill any growler as long as it is not clear glass.
Can I bring outside food into the tasting room?
You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks to our tasting room and beer garden, but outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Are there food trucks?
Are you dog friendly?
Yes! We are dog-friendly to friendly dogs in our tasting room and beer garden. Please note dogs must be kept leashed and under control at all times. Our staff reserves the right to ask disruptive dogs to leave.
Is your outdoor space open?
Our outdoor Beer Garden in Braddock is currently closed for the season.
Can I take a tour?
We are currently in the process of building out our tour program, so more to come soon!
Until then, our original brewhouse is now open (where you could previously only look through a window), and you can now sip a beer while enjoying the view of our original brewing system from atop the brew deck.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be made directly through our website.
Choose “pickup” at checkout and your beer will be ready, cold, and waiting for you!
When/where can I pick up my order?
Online orders can be picked up in person at our Braddock location. We are open Wed-Fri from 4-9PM, Sat 1-9PM. When you arrive, go to our main entrance, have your ID ready, and we will fulfill your order from our retail cooler.
Can I add beer to my existing order?
To purchase more beer, place a second order through the website. When you arrive, let us know that you are picking up multiple orders.
You can always add more beer to your order in person once you get here.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, you can assign your pickup to someone else. The alternate person must be of legal drinking age. Please pass along any confirmation emails with them.
Can I place an order for a future date?
No, orders must be picked up within the business week that they are placed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How do I place an order?
Orders can be made directly through our website - just select "Ship" at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available state-wide in Pennsylvania.
While shipping is currently only available for Pennsylvania residents, we plan on expanding to more states soon.
Do you ship the beer cold?
Yes! The beer is packaged with insulation and cold packs.
When will I receive my beer?
In an effort to get the beer to you as fresh and cold as possible, orders are packaged and shipped from Braddock every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
Orders received after 12pm on Tuesdays or Thursdays are not guaranteed to ship same-day, and may go out on the following shipping day.
Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. The maximum order quantity is two cases (twelve 4pks) per order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated by UPS at checkout - rates usually fall between $20 and $35 per order.
Does someone 21+ need to receive and sign for the delivery?
Yes, an adult 21+ will need to be present to sign for the package. Their name does not need to be on the package and they do not need to be the person who placed the order. Please have a valid photo ID ready to display.
Which beers can I order for shipping?
All of them - General Braddock’s, our flagship, along with our rotating and seasonal beers. Browse the shop to see what is currently available.
When do new beers come out?
Inventory is updated on Tuesday afternoons. The best way to stay up to date on new beer releases is to join our newsletter.
How long will cans stay fresh?
General Braddock's cans are marked with a “best by” date on the bottom, which we recommend consuming them by. All cans are stored cold at the brewery and should be refrigerated. Drink fresh, refill often.
Where can I find your cans?
General Braddock’s IPA, our flagship and bestseller, as well as a rotating selection of brands can be found both directly from us as well as the following locations.
Do you sell kegs?
Yes! We have a limited selection of sixth-barrel kegs available for purchase online or in-person at our Braddock location. Please check our website to see what’s available.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges for beer?
Because beer is a perishable product, all purchases are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.
